Where do you deliver?
Pretty much everywhere!! We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, on the rare occasion there have been some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you to discuss.
Are there any customs charges?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How are my packages shipped?
Packages from our China warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product, they are expertly package to avoid any damage on the journey.
Some of our products will be shipped from a European warehouse or our USA warehouse dependent on the options available.
How long will delivery take?
This is all dependant on your location, our order processing time is 2-5 days and once your order has been processed and shipped it will then take from 10-35 days.
Can I track my package?

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Almost all of our orders will come with a tracking number, so please check on our website to see if there are any delays noted on your tracking reference number, if there is no obvious reason on the tracking listing then please contact us and we will investigate.
